WIP Halloween Preview 2

The second Halloween preview. This one is of Philip in an Army Medic uniform. My dad (the person this character is based on) was in the Army for some time, and was there as a Medic. I needed an idea for Philip's costume but didn't know what I wanted to dress him up as. My mom said he didn't dress up much for Halloween when he was alive, but one year they did dress up in army clothes together. So, I basically took the two ideas (him dressing up as an army man, and him being an ACTUAL army medic) and put them together. I think my dad would have loved this.
